Yingde Black Tea

Here is a simple guide on how to brew Yingde Black Tea

Use about 3 to 5 grams of tea leaves for a standard 150(adjust to your taste).

Pour the hot water 80°-85°gently along the side of the pot.Steep for 5 to 10 seconds and pour it out completely into a serving cup. Yingde black tea releases its flavor very quickly!

Serving Suggestion: With its bold and intense flavor, Yingde black tea serves as an ideal base for Hong Kong-style milk tea. For the best milk tea flavor, steep with boiling water or simmer directly, then mix with evaporated milk and sugar.

Phoenix Dancong Oolong

Leaf Quantity:Use about 7 to 8 grams of tea leaves for a standard 110(adjust to your taste).

Water Temperature: Strictly 100°C (212°F) to fully extract the high-boiling-point aromatic compounds

Important Notes: Avoid over-steeping, do not pour water directly onto the center of the leaves, and leave the container lid slightly ajar between infusions to prevent the leaves from stewing.

Jasmine Greeen Tea

Here is a simple guide on how to brew Jasmine Green Tea

In summer we recommed cool brew Jasmine Green Tea.Cold brew at a tea-to-water ratio of 1:40.For example use about 5 grams of tea leaves for a standard 200.

Fill the container with room-temperature or cold filtered water.Seal the container and put it in the fridge.Let it sleep for 4 to 8 hours.

If cold water develops aroma slowly, cover tea leaves with a little hot water (85°C) and shake for 5 seconds to release the jasmine scent. Add ice/cold water right away and refrigerate. The brew will have double the aroma.
